About me

My name is Maro Makri. I am from Greece and I have been living  in Galway, Ireland since 2014.

I studied architecture in the University of Patras, Greece and graduated with a master of Architectural Engineering (with distinction ) in 2005.

For me, architecture is creating space for stories of everyday life – in an honest, functional  and poetic way.

This portfolio presents the main projects I have participated in during my academic years and professional career until now.
